Wah Lok Dish of the Month
Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit unveils Braised Fish Maw and Minced Shrimp with Abalone Sauce as their summer Dish of the Month for May & June.
Braised for 8 hours with Wah Lok’s homemade abalone sauce, large pieces of fish maw is served with deep-fried minced shrimp.
Fish maw is one of the most expensive parts of the fish and is known for its collagen and anti-aging elements. It is also a traditional Chinese delicacy that represents fortune and health.
